I have designed a nand flash of samsung on my at91rm9200 board.
Now the u-boot can identify the nand id code and device code,but the uboot
can not corretly write the nand flash while the read and erase operation is ok.
Is there anyone who use nand flash on at91rm9200 system can share you
experience with me?

Did you fix your problem on the Nand Flash? If so, did you have to change anything from what the manaul said to do?
