I was looking to develop a PCB with the arm as the uC that drives a user interface 800x640x16bit (with 320xsomething video+audio at 30fps) and I can connect a pc card to (for wireless internet) or some other way of getting this thing online.

I would be fine with having the arm have a standard vga output, then just hookup a regular lcd/crt monitor to it.

How hard would this be to develop for win ce?

orrr.. is there any predeveloped boards out there that are inexpensive and can handle this? (inexpensive on a college student budget.. under 100bucks)
