I have this error too. Unfortunately the problem seems to be more concentrated to the projects that would be more useful to me personally.
I am running Firefox v 2.0.0.6 under Kubuntu 7.04. The error messages I see are:

Other projects work fine, so it seems to be something specific to these two (and a few other projects). From poking around on Google it appears this is related to a bug in PHP5.
I would really appreciate it if this could be fixed. Some of the project pages are completely inaccessible to me.
