Hi everybody,

I have an application that requires two ethernet ports mounted on a standard microcontroller board (i.e. a board manufactured by a company such as Freescale, Atmel, NXP, TI, etc...). The two ethernet ports would be used in the following ways:

1- One ethernet port that would communicate continuously with a sensor (LIDAR=3D Laser Measurment system) via TCP/IP

2- Another ethernet port that would periodically send the results of some calculations based on Laser datas to a PC via TCP/IP

Do you think I would be able to use the NGW100 kit in order to realise such a system? I mean, I know that the standard application for NGW100 is to act as a gateway. Nevertheless, I think it may be possible to use it in the way I just described...

What do you think? Any other ideas?
