Programming AT91SAM9G20 with sam-ba/USB works only every second time.
More precisely when I power up my board, the first time I launch sam-ba.exe (together with a tcl file) I see the sam-ba.exe in the task manager but the downloading does not really happen. Then, when I kill the process and launch sam-ba.exe again it works.

Who had similar experiences with sam-ba v 2.11? For me it's important to launch sam-ba from a terminal and that it will work the first time, so to just launch it a second time is not an alternative.
