i'm having a little problem making the base-image of angstrom using bitbake: in fact it reports me the following "missing file error" but the file is just right there. i have also tried to modify the .bb file, replacing the original file location with the complete system path.... but it dose not helped me

I don't support Angstrom.
You could try KaeilOS distro.

now the server is reachable BUT it refuses anonymous ftp login giving back this error
500 OOPS: vsftpd: refusing to run with writable anonymous root
