    $tz either "GMT" (if set to gmtime),

    $rcs RCS format timestamp 2019/08/22 03:39:42

  • Variables can be shortened to 3 characters
  • Example: %GMTIME{"$day $month, $year - $hour:$min:$sec"}% expands to 22 Aug, 2019 - 03:39:42
