Kernel Oops when freeing memory with CONFIG_STRICT_KERNEL_RWX=y

I try to boot linux on sama5d27 processor (board: https://www.acmesystems.it/roadrunner)

I use Yocto with initramfs image. I have a problem with booting kernel - i hit kernel Oops in 20% of attempts, 80% attempts boots without any problem.

Call trace indicates problem in function 'set_section_perms'. I browsed source of /arch/arm/mm/init.c where function is defined and found out that if i set CONFIG_STRICT_KERNEL_RWX=n the problem dissapears.

FWIW I built a Linux 4.14-at91 kernel using your defconfig, booted it (using U-Boot) with an external initramfs on a SAMA5D2C-XULT, and encountered no issues.
