802.11 usb under linux on arm9?

Wed Feb 09, 2005 9:54 pm

Hi everyone,

I am trying to configure my AT91RM9200DK to use a usb wifi adaptor but with no success. I am just wondering if anyone got it working? when I plugin the device. It said

usb.c: new USB device <NULL>-1, assigned address 3
at76c503.c: downloading internal w failed with -22

I have no idea what went wrong. Anyone? I am using 2.4.27-rsv1.

I can't help you, because I never tried myself to manage WLAN USB devices on ARM linux: but this will be my next task.
The only thing I known is that the driver management can be very complex, depending on the device model.

I hope that you at last could successfully manage your WLAN device.

In this case you could give me an useful information, simply telling me the
exact USB WLAN device model, and where you found its "proven" driver sources.

Thank you in advance.
