G45 serial driver does not work

The CE6 serial port driver in the G45 BSP is badly broken.
It seems they just copied the driver from the 926x which was wrong in the first place as the G45 does not support "MODEM" mode ...which thet\y are setting.
Also the RTS/CTS is implemented backwards along with other bugs.
There is no way they could have tested this :(

Is there a corrected driver anywhere?

Assume all furnished code is a rough demonstration of the platform, not production ready code. You will likely need to invest 100's or 1000's of man-hours of effort on addition development and testing. This may be to fix bugs, address unique features/components of your board, etc. presuming you aren't shipping a G45-EK to customers. You could presumably contract with Atmel's WinCE vendor, or other WinCE consultants, to polish the code too.

This is not a problem unique to Atmel.

I am having the same problem. Has there been any resolution to this issue? Same issues described in this post:
wince 5.0 USART1 blocked at waitcommevent?

Thanks for any help!
