Program AT91SAM7X256 with Agilent board tester?

Mon May 07, 2007 2:14 pm

I have to program AT91SAM7X256 devices with Agilent 3070 board tester in
in-system programming mode.

I am trying to find a program to translate at91SAM hex file to svf file
(see www.asset-intertech.com/support/svf.pdf for specification) as
AVR (AVRSVF) for atmega128 devices, but I dont't find nothing.

I'd like to program these devices using boundary scan port !

How I can convert hex file to SVF file?

What is the (best) method to program SAM7S on boad in a production environment?

The best idea is the JTAG.

You need the BSDL file of the SAM7 and need to write a boundary scan test...

easier to convert the .hex to simple binary file, or you can read the .hex file from the testplan and pass to the VCL code as a parameter...
