Hi,

Please check MYIR's MYD-SAMA5D3X development board, this board is for Atmel's SAMA5D3 series processors and can support running Linux and Android OS.

Awesome, keep spamming the forum. May be you can provide some better insights into coding or chip issues when you've finished astroturfing.

The OP wants to do bare-metal development, which he can most likely do with GNU/GCC, Keil, IAR, etc.

There is probably boot strap code, like AT91BootStrap that has some of the basic code to initialize the memory subsystem, shouldn't take much effort to port that to a startup file and roll your own code.

Take a look at the SAMA5D3 Software Package. http://www.atmel.com/tools/SAMA5D3SOFTWAREPACKAGE.aspx
The SAMA5D3 software package consists of microcontroller drivers, software services and libraries. Each software module is provided with full source code, examples of usage, rich html documentation and ready-to-use projects for the GNU GCC and IAR EWARM compilers.
