SAMA5D35 External SRAM DTS Setting.

Fri Mar 21, 2014 8:36 am

Hi all.

To request a consultation.

SAMA5D35 ARM processor board design using.

External Memory is equipped with a uboot verify normal operation.

Can not be recognized in the way the kernel.

Memory: Low Power SRAM (K6X4008C / 8Bit x 512K).

512K * 8bit SRAM 2EA in board using that supports 1M * 16bit.

Chip Select a NCS1 (0x4000_0000) to use.

SRAM 2EA include NCS, READ / WRITE, address to the same connection.

There is a first SRAM Data bus D0 ~ D7, D8 ~ D15 to the second SRAM connected to the features.

Device Tree in the Linux kernel 3.6.9, I would like to know how to set up.

Or in the Linux kernel 3.xx, I would like to know how to set up the external memory.
