JTAG and DDR2 write Error

Wed Oct 08, 2014 11:08 am

Hi,

I am programming a Bootloader on the SAMA5d3x-EK Board. With an SAMA5d35 on it.

My Programm loads a binary from SPI-Flash to DDR2 RAM and verifies the Data. Without a Jteg connection everything works fine.
But with a Jtag connection (SAM-ICE or the onboard Jtag) the DDR2 Data has corrupted low bytes.

I am programming with IAR 6.6 and tried different Debugger Setting (Hard/software reset and brakepoints, different Jtag speed, etc..) nothing worked.
even correcting these Bytes in IAR memory view didnt work. The low byte stays corrupted.

The DDR2 init is copied from the atmel exampel code.

Are there any workarounds for this problem?
