You would have to use the MMU and virtual memory.
Look at the mmu module in the SoftPack chip library. Regions of memory (such as SoC peripheral address space) are marked as non-cachable.

For details refer to the ARM Cortex-A5 Technical Reference Manual and ARM Architecture Reference Manual (rather than the Atmel SoC datasheet).
