Keil already provides support for Atmel V70 and V71 Cortex-M7. You can
download this Pack from: www.keil.com/dd2/pack. It is a ordinary zip file renamed .pack. It contains everything you need if you want to port it to a different tool. It has an example using Keil RTX - which has a BSD license and there are ports for Keil, GCC and IAR. The free Keil eval version compiles up to 32K and a yearly license is just $745. I think the Pack is licensed for any tool - not just Keil MDK. I do not have my Atmel board yet so i have not tried this.<yet> Bob
