sam-ba on kubuntu/ubuntu 14.04

Hi Folks,

Has anyone used sam-ba on a ubuntu 14.04 64bit system?

I am getting the following error when launching sam-ba:
sebastien...$ ./sam-ba
-I- Waiting ...
-I- TCL platform : Linux
-I- SAM-BA CDC 2.12 patch6 on : linux
couldn't load file "/tmp/tcl1dT7k4": cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
while executing
"load /home/sebastien/Programs/EmbeddedArm/sam-ba_cdc_cdc_linux/sam-ba/lib/tk8.5/../ Tk"
("package ifneeded Tk 8.5.9" script)
invoked from within
"package require Tk 8.1.1"
("package ifneeded BWidget 1.9" script)
invoked from within
"package require BWidget"
(file "/home/sebastien/Programs/EmbeddedArm/sam-ba_cdc_cdc_linux/sam-ba/lib/tkcon.tcl" line 131)
invoked from within
"source [file join $starkit::topdir lib/tkcon.tcl]"
(file "/home/sebastien/Programs/EmbeddedArm/sam-ba_cdc_cdc_linux/sam-ba/main.tcl" line 7)

and that is despite having in the x86_64-linux-gnu directory which ldd shows is assuming it is.

Update 17.05.2014

Actually libxft2 is different from libxft2:i386 and the same goes for libxss1...

So followed the installation procedure from linux4sam:
or on Ubuntu 13.10 and later versions:

# dpkg --add-architecture i386
# apt-get update
# apt-get install libxss1:i386 libxft2:i386

and it now works.
