SAM-BA not detected USB in SAM5D36

Hello sir/ma'am


I am using MYC-SAMA5D3X with my customized board.

I can boot from SD card and boot from NAND flash is successful

but when I try to update the image on NAND flash using USB device form SAM-BA and try to follow the steps of booting flash according to your datasheet my USB not detected


I am having an issue with update NAND FLASG I am trouble below process
Below is my PC(Ubuntu) log from dmesg
- Disconnected SD card.
- Removed Jumper pin
- BMS pin is open (Pull up)
- Press & hold the CS pin
- Press and release the Reset button
- I also try to hold cs and power up the board
- we try to install SAMA-BA driver on windows
- I will attach our error logs for Linux.

Despite your title, the issue probably has nothing to do with SAM-BA.
Your PC host log indicates that at the basic level, there is not a proper USB connection between your PC host and your target board.

FWIW an errno 71 is a "protocol error".

Then test the functionality of the USB CDC ACM connection using the serial gadget /dev/ttyGS0 on the target board and /dev/ttyACMx on the host PC. That will utilize the same hardware connection but with different (and more convenient) software on each end.
