Boot from SD card with JTAGSEL high?
I'm debugging a new SAMA5D27 board spin where JTAGSEL has been pulled high. Will this prevent the CPU from booting from the SD card?

Re: Boot from SD card with JTAGSEL high?
JTAGSEL pulled high combined with a reset of the SAMA5D27 enables JTAG Boundary Scan (i.e. the chip is in a test mode that disconnects pins from their normal function).
So yes, that can inhibit booting.
